Some of our Successful Past and Present Pupils

Paul Iveson went on to star in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang in the West End and has appeared in Jersey Boys also in Londons' West End. Jill Halfpenny attended the school from 3 years and stayed with us until she was 16 and went on to attend Webber Douglass Academy of Dramatic Art in London. She now appears in many West End Musicals and numerous TV programmes including both Coronation Street and EastEnders. She recently won best performance in a supporting role in Legally Blonde at the Olivier Awards Danielle Stephen trained with us for around 10 years and has done various work such as appearing as Belle in Disney Land Tokyo where she sang, acted and danced. She also appeared as other characters like Jesse from Toy Story. Chelsea Halpenny is currently appearing as Alicia Monroe in Casualty. She has also starred in many other TV programmes including Emerdale and Byker Grove Alice Brown/Stokoe is currently appearing in American Idiot as 'Extraordinary Girl' she has also stared as Sophie in Mamma Mia in London's West End.. Michelle Heaton was in the successful pop band Libery X and won two Brit Awards. She also appeared in Celebrity Big Brother, Come Dine with Me and even had a fitness DVD called Liberty X-Toned Adam Davidson who has travelled the world as a singer dancer for 6* Crystal Cruises. Former pupils Holly Murray and Vanessa Rogers who make up the duo 96OneDream have recently released EP which available now on itunes.
Corey Dixon has been a dancer/singer with PEEL Entertainment, and is now concentrating on costume design for shows and cruise ships Vicky Dowdall has been in 3 girl bands, Toutes les filles, girls@play and HoneyBeat. She now runs her own managemment agency in London. Robyn McEnenay has danced in DisneyLand Paris and also played Cinderella Robyn McEnenay has also been on the Disneyland Paris advertising Mia Wyles still a current pupil did originally play Jessie Ashworth in the ITV programme Vera.
Hannah Wales was chosen to star in the touring version of Chitty Chiity Bang Bang Rachael Ward and Amy Kyle were chosen to appear in the Coppelia at Tyne Theatre with the Youth Ballet 2011, Rachael is now just about to finish a 3 year musical theatre course at Bodyworks for which she was been awarded a DADA (Dance & drama award) Gaynor Marshall is now an Managing Editor at Capital Yorkshire. She has been also been a presenter and producer at Metro Radio, Newcastle. Previously she was also a Freelance Producer at BBC. Claire Morland appeared in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at the London Palladium for many years and now teaches in London Lauren Hall has played Francine, Frankie Valli's daughter in Jersey Boys at the Prince Eward Theatre, London.
Lynda Millican was a very successful cruise ship entertainer and head girl for many years Jordan Todd is now a member of The Show Team! He is touring Europe singing and dancing. Emily Smith played Debbie, the dancing teacher's daughter in Billy Elliot at Victoria Palace Theatre, London. She gained the role October 2009 when she was only 9 years old. Former pupil Lucy Hough was Miss Sunderland in 2016 Amy Duggan attended RTS for 5 years. She played the role of Debbie for 3 years in Billy Elliot at Londons' Victoria Place Theatre.
